Feb 03, 2016 · "Full controller support" as the term is used by Steam is a very misleading one. It actually means "the game can be launched and played with a controller, no mouse or keyboard input needed". Fortified can be fully played either with mouse & keyboard, Xbox One or Xbox 360 compatible controllers (e.g. Logitech).

Controllers are for Racing, and sports games, rpg's where an analog stick is better. I have never in 30+ years of PC gaming seen anyone play FPS games on a PC with a controller that was able to compete. If controller support becomes a thing with this game I will ask one question when I start a squad. "Do you use a controller?"

I managed to use my controllers in D&D: CoM by using an emulator (x360ce), but it's really too much to ask for Steam to actually say on a product's page ...
