Jun 24, 2015 · It took about 2 hours for them to approve the refund and 3 days from the moment of refund request to having the money back both times. It was Steam wallet purchased, so I cant say how long a credit card refund would take.

Aug 30, 2015 · Yes they sent me an email the next day approving the refund (Your purchase has been refunded by steam..) Edit: they told me it may take up to 14 days to receive the refund but till now nth. I looked at the forums and i read people saying the received the money 3-4days after they requested.
