SugarSync support did respond and examine logs and ask question about my firewall, before their workday was over 2 days ago. In short, if you use SugarSync, its like using freeware, you should expect that you will be fixing any problems yourself. SugarSync tech support may help, but you cannot rely on it. Sugarsync tech support is email only, and really inept, frustrating and frankly terrible. The mac icon problem has been true for years and their support/response to this is hopeless despite wasting too much time with them, IMHO.3.3/5(172)

Mar 06, 2013 · For one they lost thousands of my files--I wasted hundreds of hours trying to find these files in emails and other softwares we use. This happened in August--at the time I told tech support I wanted to just cancel and moved over to Google Drive. Lo and behold on Nov 30th Sugarsync charged me for the year!!!3.2/5
