All SWAT 3 and SWAT 3 Commander pack camouflage patterns are supported. Directions: Download the zip file and place it in the Mods folder in your SWAT3 game directory. By default this directory should be C:/Sierra/Swat3/Mods. Click on the SWAT 3 MOD shortcut in the SWAT 3 program group (or the desktop shortcut) to launch the Mod Selector.

SWAT 3 Tactical: Game of the Year Edition, Gear, SIERRA mods included. Sierra Mods included: Commander Pack.zip, Tier_One_Pack.zip, M79.zip, and si_swat3_td_weapon_pack.zip.
