I have implemented an Storage Lifecycle Policy to backup and clone against 2 DDBoost DataDomain systems. Duplicate was not working, and I noticed that the reason was that the "NetBackup Storage LifeCycle Manager Service" was not started and it was also failing when trying to start it.
