Oct 31, 2008 · Hi Andrew, The certificate needs to be in the name of https://owa.hk.xxxxx.com. Can you confirm what name your certificate is in the name of? If its not the above, as its a third party certificate, short of getting a new certificate with the correct name, i'm not sure what you can do!

As it turns out I have to either get a wildcard certificate since I am also hosting my own webserver/ftp server or create a certiciate via Command Shell in Exchange 2007 to support multiple addresses. So I am knd of stuck at the moment. Thanks again for the replies.

The mobile device is Windows Mobile v5. I can sync fine with the local PC using ActiveSync. I have setup the Exchange info on the mobile and have it set to use SSL. Whenever I attempt to sync, I receive a support code 0x80072F17. My priority is the mobile device, but thought this might be of use... I cannot get RPC over HTTP to work, either.

0x80072f17 code when Syncing 06-08-2009 07:43 AM I got the server info set up and everything but when I try to sync, it runs for a few seconds, then it says "synchronizing folders" for a second then fails with Support Code: 0x80072f17.
