Hi, I have a Palm Treo Pro that keeps giving me Support Code:86000107 when I try to sync calendar to two computers. I have fixed it temporarily by unticking sync items one by one everytime I need to sync (e.g calendar, tasks, contacts) according to information I found in google.

Feb 23, 2016 · Although you may not notice anything wrong with outlook, Active Sync is more sensitive to the issue. In general, active sync works with the Q phone as it does with all other windows mobile devices, phones nad pocket pc's.

Then today I've tried to sync at least five times, and each time I received a message that the sync failed because "ActiveSync encountered a problem on the desktop." When I checked the status of Active Sync on my Touch Pro, Support Code 0x86000107 was listed each time.

I did create a new PST file, defaulted Outlook to it and resynched my phone from scratch. The phone contents got poured into this new PST. It seems to have fixed the problem ...

It has no problem with the first PC (whichever is sync'ed first), only when sync'ing with the second one. i'm also sync'ing with an exchange server on both PCs, and no problem there. i've also tried to set up the exchange sync on the phone (as well as on each of the PCs initially), the local PIM sync problem still persists.

This is consistent with other people reporting 86000107 who blame Skype for their sync problems. Afterwards, I tried deleting my mass text from my phone's text history (with text backup still on) and my sync problems went away; my calendar syncs properly …
