    Jul 17, 2019 · All (37 shares) B2D intermittently drop off line when the Synology units' "domain-offline" occurs, just like your instance. Kills all backups in progress. I have a support ticket in but all I am getting is the usual same old same old. Like everything I have already tried and now thier support wants to remote in to peek around.

    Jan 28, 2019 · I've going to repost this complaint in a bunch of synology forums. This is a terrible way for a data integrity company to behave. My users will stay offline until i can fix this which can't happen until i can return to the site with iffy instructions in a FEW DAYS! Synology created a support system that strands their customers.

Lastly, and no offense, but I tend to read this entire sub-reddit fairly often; and weeks will go by without any comments from Synology staff pertaining to any questions. Also, there are many support tickets i've opened that never get answers back, even weeks later.
