Mar 27, 2011 · When I run 16-bit DOS-based fullscreen programs in Windows 7, it always jump out a dialog, saying, "This systen does not support fullscreen mode. Choose 'Close' to terminate the application". The program will stop whether I choose "Close" or "Ignore". I have a lot of applications programmed by Turbo C 2.0.

In windows Xp I can have "Full Screen Mode" I'm Running Windows 7 and also Installed XP Mode for Windows 7 With XP Mode will it not be possible please to run a "Full Screen Mode" IF it has I must be doing something wrong as it will not run my 16 bit application an old Dos Database, but it works in Windows XP. Jun 08, 2012 · I can read there that HW text mode is not supported by most drivers any more. That is why I am proposing to render full screen with Driect2D or GDI, to "emulate" fullscreen, just like CMD.exe is not DOS, or command.com, but it does it's job.
