    Jul 12, 2017 · Moving to a fiber area and Teksavvy wasn't an option. Called 3 times and had to hang up before I got to someone, the fourth time it gave me the option for an automated call back. I didn't wait longer to get that option, so maybe related to queue depth or something. After so many years of good service and support I was surprised by this.

    Apr 24, 2017 · This is a bit of a silly question, but I am in the process of trying to cancel Teksavvy. I called in twice over the last two days and was on hold for over 45 minutes each time with no one picking up at all. Each time they said that they are experiencing higher then normal call volumes and wait times may be over 40 minutes.
