Aug 21, 2009 · Telekenex immediately disconnected our service and, when I called Networld to request that they send a PBX service person here to help port our numbers to AT&T, the Networld phone number was answered by someone saying "Hello, Telekenex, may I help you?". Networld controls our PBX and Telekenex "owns" our numbers.

Telekenex likes to blame AT&T's last mile wiring for the insufficient uptime statistics in our area, but does nothing to resolve it. When Telekenex pitched their service to us, I'm told their claimed benefit was the ability to get things done with the AT&T service.
