Do you maybe have an Aztech or Dlink router? Apparently there is an issue with these. Mine also down since 19-08-2017. Had the tech support consultants online twice for more than an hour going back and forth with resetting to factory default , re-enterring username and pasword. resetting password. resetting to factory , entering new pasword. all without success.
