I called tech support this morning around 9am, i was lucky someone answered. Anyway have problem of internet connections dropping out and cut short, they will send a tech guy to my property to check my connections, it as found out that the cable connections are corroded, the tech guy said that he cleaned it and it should be fine now, but he is organising a new modem as well to replaced my old one.
