Shaw Tech Support wait times have increased considerably both over the phone and online. I have had occasion to call in to Shaw using my Home Phone(611), this is supposed to expedite a customer in the queue, but I haven’t seen much of a decrease in wait times.

What is going on with the service. I have been a Shaw customer for 17 years and the wait times and getting proper customer service and technical support has never been so bad! I also called last week for tech support and waited 1 hour one night, 2 hours the next and eventually got through on the third night.
