Sep 09, 2016 · Once Tempest Shield is active, when you block, it can do its effects and it will also refresh the 12 second timer on it. If you do not block within 12 seconds, the Tempest Shield goes off again and you will need to recast it. I am simply telling you the facts and how Tempest Shield differs from Trigger gems like Vengeance, Riposte, and Reckoning.

Apr 14, 2016 · -> I will probably drop elemental damage nodes later on and use Cast when damage taken + tempest Shield (low lvl few or no links). Because as I tested wasting sparce gem slots on damage support gems for TS seems not worth it.Will still try when I feel like playing again because Ice Crash is simply doing 90% of the work = I stopped because boring ;)
