Jun 18, 2016 · My friend started receiving social security disability 10/11, perviously before that he wasnt employed for the past years. He is 40,000 in arrear for 3 children, and he still has 3 other children he isnt on child support for. Previous workers he has spoken with instructed him he doesnt have to pay due to the fact he is on child support.
