Jul 13, 2017 · All attempts to contact teradici have failed. The customer feedback survey is "closed" and I cannot submit a ticket as I don't have a product support number. There is no phone number. Just a mailing address. This is infuriating. I have a monitor placed in PRODUCTION that is failing, and the department I support has lost patience with the process.
