Some of the supportive schemes from Thames reach include Bermondsey Projects, Camberwell New Road for women, Latimer Road for people with a mental illness, Sutton Step for men, and many others. Dec 27, 2019 · Thames Reach develops the new Peer Landlord model of housing, offering shared housing with low rents for formerly homeless people seeking entry level jobs at Minimum or Living Wage level. Uniquely, one of the residents – the peer landlord – provides informal support to other tenants, giving guidance on housing and employment-related issues.

Supported Housing. The Thames Reach Wandsworth team consists of: 6.5 Project Workers, 2 Support Workers, 1 Floating Support Project Worker, part time Finance and Maintenance Workers; Deputy Manager and Team Manager. The team works with 45 tenants living in a variety of shared and self-contained accommodation in Wandsworth.

enabled Thames Reach to put together a successful bid to the HTF. Thames Reach was awarded just under £100k to deliver psychologically informed outreach for 18 months. The funding was used to employ a psychologically informed outreach worker and for EASL to provide support from a mental health social worker (an approved mental health professional)
