We struggled for hours trying to track down the problem, and finally found it by activating ODBC tracing.

Jul 09, 2009 · 1st upy habe to chek your database physical connection using tnsping. In command prompt >tnsping your_server_ip. If it replys nothing then you have to chek physial connetion with server.
