We get the error: “The remote computer requires Network Level Authentication, which your computer does not support.” We are using other 2008 R2 servers and Windows 7 desktops to try to connect to the server. They all support NLA. But we still get the message.

Apr 18, 2018 · The client does not even appear to be contacting the server at all, there is no record of it. One of the clients is on prem, so its not even using the gateway at all. Both clients can connect to the server via manual RDP setup, just not through remote apps and not through RD Web access.
