"The subsystem needed to support the image type is not present." I am aware of the battery driver requirement and have accounted for that, but in this case the problem seems to be that winuptp.exe is a 32bit program, and winpe doesn't load the WOW64 subsystem, so it can't run 32bit programs.

May 16, 2012 · "The subsystem needed to support the image type is not present.". Your exe is the wrong architecture. WinPE does not support any sort of WOW, so if you are using x64 WinPE, your EXE needs to be compiled in x64. WinPE x86 can only run x86 binaries.
