Now, if that does not work, very many people have had wonderful luck with ASIO4ALL. It is a universal ASIO driver.

Jun 23, 2010 · Thanks for the input. When I first bought my current PC, PP2 worked without a glitch. Nothing has been changed other than updated audio drivers and a new reformat a few days ago, and as I mentioned in my 1st post, apparently Adobe installs a wrapper audio to make it compatible with a variety of sound cards or drivers, so I can't figure out why, when it work fine, it now does not.

Nov 29, 2013 · WASAPI can provide bit perfect output whereas the standard windows sound system does not I believe. Cyberlink PowerDVD now does support WASAPI but unfortunately it locks the volume at 100% which is no good for me.
