Aug 28, 2016 · I bought a new Dell Desktop today and I'm loving it. I have run into one problem. I have the MicorsoftDisplayAdapter_14 on my TV and used it with my previous Desktop quite a bit. Trying to connect with my new computer I get the message "Your PC or Mobile device does not support Miracast so it can't project wirelessly." I am a non technical person.

I do not have money to purchase a new graphics card at this time. Is there any way the developers could allow shader 3.0 and up to play. Maybe include a launch option, with command line parameters to work around this. This game is the only one I own that I would have to spend at least $150 or more to get a playable graphics card.
