Let me answer your questions first: lustrec compiler that you found is compiling Lustre to C, Horn or another Lustre with annotations (MCDC for example). I am using the lustrec compiler to generate C and Horn clauses (SMT2). It helps me to show people how Lustre works by showing the generated C code for example. I am not interested to compile C.
