Dec 13, 2019 · Whilst TinyXP is a good idea in principal, it doesnt really work that well. Alot of the driver are not installed and for some reason they cannot be installed afterwards, for example, wireless adaptors, .net framework, and other important devices, and alot of the time i have trouble installing some stuff when using tinyxp.....it can quiet the minefield

Feb 19, 2009 · It was essentially the same interface as the Windows7 disc I used to swap trick the TinyXP. So yeah, if you can find TinyVista you should go for it! Just format to NTFS which should be the only option for Vista, then install TinyVista. There are several options for Vista, I chose the bare minimum with driver support.

Jun 14, 2010 · I have installed TinyXP (less memory-hogging version of XP) on a virtual machine before, and found it to be great. Now, I am wondering if it's possible for a PC to boot from TinyXP and run it as the only OS. I would essentially like to wipe my Hard Disk, install TinyXP on it and run only TinyXP with no second partition.
