Toon Kingdom is essentially the better version of Toon World.With no LP cost, it uses your cards from your deck to activate, banishing them face-down. But with only 1 copy of this card obtainable, getting it in the duel can be a problem, but once you manage to get it, your toon monsters will be invincible.

Nov 27, 2017 · For the other cards, I added 3x Terraforming, 3x Toon World, 3x Toon Dark Magician Girl, 3x Toon Rollback, 3x Toon Mask. Terraforming to get Toon Kingdom if it's not in my hand or as emergency if a card destroys my Kingdom. Toon World as backup to prep to attack directly.

I been dueling Pegasus for his toon world card lvl 40 and got nothing but toon monsters and gold. Konami needs to up the rng or have the card as a progression reaward. The drop rate is too low. And also make it so we earn star chips from pvp Seriously the npcs are too hard at higher levels.

Then add some good Spell/Traps and maybe some good High Attack Monsters and you good, imo Toon world isn't really a Meta deck but you could shit on your friends and shit on Casuals with a well put together Toon Deck and make them salty lol
