A TRIM command allows an operating system to inform a solid-state drive (SSD) which blocks of data are no longer considered in use and can be wiped internally. Dealer tells me that TRIM is a build-in function within Window 7, but not Window XP.

I tried use Defraggler to TRIM this SSD, but I didnt find any Optimise button, there was only a Defrag button below, which warned it will reduce SSDs lifetime when I clicked it.
