Been trying to help a friend (who is deaf) to communicate with his parents using a TTY machine and Z10, Although my friend's parents have no computer, and no cell phone, they do have a TTY machine (having raised two deaf children). TTY company (Clarity, a division of Plantronics) tells me I've done everything right (set up wise), but points out the problem most likely lies with the Z10.
