    I preferred it to the support belt, but then I was on the edge of being too big for the support belt so it dug in a bit.     Feb 15, 2012 · I've never worn the tubigrip during pregnancy, but I LOVE it after birth. I hate the feeling when all your organs are readjusting their position after birth, and that wobbly jelly feeling, so the tubigrip was great to help with that (although I was technically wearing it due to my SPD and sever abdominal muscle separation lol).
