I paid my U-verse with autopay. I paid the full bill on 8/13/2017 through my checking account. I wanted to switch the payment method to my credit card and no one said that it would change my payment due date or cause me to be billed twice, but I was again billed on 8/31/2017.

A little over one year ago got U-verse and fiber internet. Was told if bundled and auto pay, rate would not increase. 11 months later, notified rate would increase by 50 bucks. Then given run around with customer support for 7-8 calls. Needless to say, my bill eventually went up by more than stated, and was not eligible for ANY promos.
