    May 11, 2006 · We had the same problem and we bought "TOAD for International", which is TOAD 7.5.4.17 with unicode support. This works fine. I'd like to have some of the TOAD 8.* features as well, but unicode support is more important for me.

    Toad 10 was the first version to provide full Unicode support. Certain features inside of Toad would work with Unicode, but not everything. I know that Korean characters would display and work fine in the Editor and it seems that Arabic does too, but for full Unicode support you need to upgrade.
