Hi! Same problem after upgrading opensuse from 11.3 x64 to 11.4, fix didn't help. After a lot of fix tries and reinstallings I found out that the OpenSUSE virtualbox-4.0.4-1.6.1.x86_64 package does NOT support USB 2.0 with extpack installed, booted virtual machines have USB1.1 only, not even USB2 option in config.
