You would need to get the flash drive formmatted as a floppy again (FDD) or try selecting that option in the BIOS. Note that most current computers don't use the "USB ###" type options (FDD, HDD, ZIP, etc.). Instead, they recongize the flash drive as a hard drive device. Log in to post comments

Newer BIOS can boot USB-HDD and USB-ZIP and USB-FDD. On older BIOS USB-ZIP doesn't mean you can not boot up USB-pendrive / USB-harddisk. But you need to fdisking/formatting the device as "USB-ZIP" (this means basically in little words only with no partition table).
