May 13, 2017 · Leagcy USB support is set to enabled. But USB keyboard and mouse ONLY works on usb3. And check the 2.0 USB ports in windows and they work. Edited Apr 18, 2017 ... Apr 27, 2017 · As for your original issue with USB KB/Mouse I have found by doing a reboot when it is on the bios screen remove the USB dongle and let it boot up best if you have a wired KB/Mouse to use, make sure the system has finished booting and is connected to the internet, install the dongle and it should load the driver if not go to the support site for the maker and see if any updated drivers are …

Mar 22, 2016 · The keyboard and mouse on one of our office's computer (older HP 6000-Pro) suddenly stopped working. I've tried using different keyboards and mice. I've also tried going into the Bios to see if the Legacy USB Support was enabled, but it's not listed anywhere in the bios. I reset the Bios settings to default, etc., but nothing is working.
