Sep 10, 2015 · For a few weeks now my USB ports have not been working. I was on Windows 8 but have since upgraded to 10, but they still do not work. This is my phone and iPod, and both work on other computers with the same cables. I've tried all of the obvious things, and basically applied all of the online advice, but to no avail.
