I'm trying to use an old parallel-port based printer with a USB-to-parallel port adapter on Windows 7. When I plug it into the USB port on the computer it's listed as an unrecognized device. Oct 26, 2018 · Every time in devices and printer it says it has a driver problem. Troubleshoot, and it comes back to USB Printing Support Driver. Says to reboot to fix, never fixes. In device manger, there's the yellow triangle with the black exclamation point next to USB Printing Support.
