As PUNKY said there isn't any USB Support in Microsoft Virtual PC 2007, since there isn't any physical ports, however to print all you need to do is install the Printer on your own machine, than share the printer. Than from your Virtual Machine simply connect to the Printer via the Share.

PC (x64) and the virtual PC (XP 32 bit) for file and print sharing on a local. network. then on the host PC go to ypur printer and fax setup, hit add. printer. pick add network printer. On the next screen pick the 2nd choice.

At this point, you have an XP mode VM which will run under Virtual PC 2007. If you need to run it under VMware (e.g. to get USB support) then you'll need to take further steps: In the XP mode VM do a full backup to an external location. The best way is to add a second, blank, VHD and back up to there.

Am i able to enable USB devices in this virtual system. I wanted to attach the hitachi drive, and also another external hard drive via usb, so i can pull the data off the hitachi.
