May 02, 2013 · [9.006-5] UTM 220 Freezing I just spent the last few hours trying to get Sophos to support their product since we are supposed to get "premium support" but as usual there is no support... Their only suggestion was to re-image the box and get back to them.

Nothing - no reaction. Only the reseller pointed us towards the trade-in program: we get 500 Euro back for each UTM 220 - bought for more than 1300. With already one RMA'ed. And possibly got a REFURBISHED, even OLDER one (Premium Support?)! And I repeat - this software problem is at 100% on Sophos side - not ours.
