It looks like even ifthe all the CPUs spikes up to 100% for few milliseconds during the LDom monitorcycle, VCS will fault the Logical domain. If LDom resource gets faulted toooften, then increasing the ToleranceLimit to 3 for LDom resource is a quickworkaround.

VCS contains the "migrate" operation for initiating service group migration. The LDom agent contains the "migrate" entry point to initiate migration of guest domains.
