You don't need to do anything fancy, just extract the archive content (except ReadMe.txt and docs directory, which, obviously, aren't required by the game to work) to your game directory (if you don't know where your game is, open Steam -> Right click on GTA: Vice City -> Properties-> Local Files-> Browse Local Files to locate your game directory).

Mar 20, 2017 · Hi. Yesterday I tried to install GTA vice city and after spending a lot of time trying to make it work on windows 8, I finally did it. For some reason with keyboard I have no problem, but with the steam controller, it doesn't work.

Aug 24, 2014 · I hope the controller support will be decent, and not a complete clusterf*ck like the Scarface PC port was... I cant wait to use my PS3 Controller on it as I do with all my other PC games... because this game was ment to be played with a controller, and not Mouse and Keyboard...

May 01, 2003 · Start with a clean Vice City Installation. Install and start Nvidia Profile Inspector. Select "Grand Theft Auto: Vice City" Profile. Set vSync to "On" AND Frame Limiter to "~60,7 fps" Apply/Save Settings; Start GTA VC. Turn In-Game Frame Limiter to "Off" The Game should now run on 60FPS without the known physix and timing issues.Grand Theft Auto: 1997
