This Act is the Victims Rights and Support Act 2013. 2 Commencement. This Act commences on the date of assent to this Act. 3 Definitions (1) In this Act: agency means any of the following: (a) a Government agency, (b) a person or non-government agency funded by the State to provide support services to victims of crime.
