I am a new user of VB, and love it !!! I am running a W2K3 Web Server in a VBox VM running over a Vista 64bit Host OS. My hardware is Intel Quad Core Q6600 (2.4 GHZ) with 8GB RAM. However I notice when running a big process in the VM, it maxes out the CPU %, the host stayed rigidly at 25% !!!
