You don't need to convert DWG to VSD. Visio will open a dwg and you can save it as VSD. As lesleys pointed out, the results are sometimes not what you would expect. Also, Visio 2010 can only handle autocad files saved in autocad 2008 format or older. Visio 2013 can use more current autocad files.
