I'm interested in finding a browser compatibility table that lists the parts of SVG/VML supported by each version of Opera, Safari, Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer (also Konqueror would be nice) in the vein of Quirksmode.. I have found the following two compatibility tables for SVG but neither of them provide enough detail:

Works, if you assume that non-SVG browsers are IE5.5 or better and can support VML. Tested on IE6, Firefox 8, Chrome 14.0. Raphael is very cool, but it does not support the concept of groups, which can be limiting depending on what you are doing. Dmitry will probably flame me for saying so, though.

Overall, I would recommend gracefully degraded to non-rounded corners in older IEs, as this is not a perfect solution, but if you must support rounded corners, consider putting the VML directly into your markup, instead of relying on a script. VML was Microsoft's alternative to SVG, which was a standard when they refused to support it and is a standard now when they finally give up the attempt to usurp it with VML. What is interesting here is the fact that to a great extent Microsoft did succeed in restricting the use of SVG.
