Nothing good to say yet. Called in Monday logged a fault with boiler (2 weeks old) called back Tuesday by engineer saying he would call me back in 20mins it is now Thursday night and despite lots of calls to CS to get somebody here (at least 40 mins on hold)and being promised somebody would be in touch I still have a broken boiler.
