The VoRTCS Program (pronounced ‘vortex’) assists refugee families to take up the educational, vocational and social opportunities that exist in Australian society. Each week, VoRTCS volunteer teams visit families from refugee backgrounds in their homes to provide community support and enhance English language skills.
