Sep 09, 2013 · Also go to the game's properties in steam, click browse local game content, find the .exe file and right click on it, click properties, remove "blocked" and click apply, find the compatibility tab and click run as an admin, try this first, if that doesn't work, try to set it to run with windows 7 or maybe xp, don't forget what you set here.
