The Wanneroo Volunteer Fire Support Brigade is one of four brigades within the City of Wanneroo’s Bush Fire Fighting Service and our role is to provide operation support in the form of communications and logistics at emergency incidents.

The Wanneroo Central Brigade is part of the City of Wanneroo’s Bush Fire Fighting Service and is one of four (4) brigades within that structure, along with the Quinns Rocks, Wanneroo Fire Support and Two Rocks Volunteer Bush Fire Brigades. The City of Wanneroo encompasses an area of 685 square kilometres.

The Wanneroo Fire Support Brigade have 2 collar tanks that are deployed to assist in controlling fires from the air. Helitaks relay on filling their tanks whilst hovering which means if there isn't a dam or river nearby we can use the collar tanks as a temporary water source.Followers: 660

The Wanneroo Fire Services has a very active social club. Events and activities such as the family Christmas function, social BBQ get togethers are arranged from time to time throughout the year.
