Dec 09, 2014 · If you click on FAQ at the top right of the page, there are two buttons labeled "Find help at the Helpdesk" and "Open a support ticket". I assume these will direct you to a means of correspondence, however I cannot be sure because you need to log in to proceed. Actually, the "Open a support ticket" takes you to a 404 not found page.
