No company should allow customer support people to treat their customers the way I was treated but the people I talked too made it clear, in my opinion, that they simply couldn't care less. Waterboss offered to send me a complete kit of new fasteners for the old unit (to replace the rusted ones). They told me how to put the old unit into storage.2.2/5(88)

1.0 out of 5 stars Waterboss Customer Support. February 8, 2008. I purchased a new WaterBoss water softener in our new home 7 years ago. The unit worked well for several weeks and then started reverting to hard water after regeneration. I contacted WaterBoss for assistance and they told me to regenerate several times, test the water etc. etc.
